The welcoming feel of the whole property matches the interiors and pieces of every space. Not to mention it has a glistening pool that calls you by your name and beautiful views of nature. If 'bestest' was ever a word, this apartment is probably it.
The Apartment:
Upon entering your apartment, you will instantly notice how the interiors and elements are all clean and simple and give off a very welcoming feel. Each space is intricately designed to set a warm vibe for an assuredly relaxed vacation for you.
Glass doors provide an indoor-outdoor living experience and allow natural light to fill the entire living space. Here you are provided with a comfortable leather couch facing a wall-mounted TV so you can enjoy while waiting for that delicious meal being whipped up in the fully-equipped kitchen. Cooking anything and everything is made possible because all the essential tools, kitchenwares, utensils, and a whole lot more are available.
You have the privilege of filling yourselves with that savory meal or snack either in the indoor dining or outdoors. Speaking of the outdoor dining area, this is also accessible through the glass doors feature in the master bedroom which has a very cozy double bed and an ensuite complete bathroom. Another bedroom is also offered with 2 single beds and an ensuite complete bathroom as well.
By the way, you might wonder why the apartment has corners glistening with gold rays during the day. It's most likely from one of the many majestic outdoor pools that you won't be able to resist. Choose whether to swim some lenghts in one of the pools or plunge in the 'play' pool! From each pool, you will be able to take in the beautiful views that surround the property and take caution - you might not want to get out of the water anymore! Because again; PARADISE.
Guests will have full, exclusive access to the property including, the property pool and garden grounds. There is also an indoor garage parking place included for you. The urbanization is well known and popular here in Marbella due to its special decorations and maintenance in the gardens, its location and the 24-hour security that is provided.

The neighborhood
Neighboring the Banús resort, Nueva Andalucia stretches inland from the sea, over undulating terrain that is dotted with lakes, backdropped by the imposing La Concha mountain peak and fringed by celebrated golf courses.
Nueva Andalucía has all the ingredients that comprise most people's idea of a “dream life” in Spain: Mediterranean views; a healthy outdoor lifestyle; an easy transition into the Spanish way of life, without having to relinquish the comforts of home; and a tranquil atmosphere that is ideal for family. You are located just next to Aloha Gardens which has a vast variety of top restaurants from all over the world, as well as popular bars like Mosh just a few footsteps from the apartment.
Shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, gymnasiums, casinos, gift shops; you name it, Nueva Andalucia has it. As well as the wonderful Saturday morning market that starts in the Centro Plaza and sprawls down into Puerto Banus itself.
Nueva Andalucia is the place many head to for a golf trip on the Costa del Sol There are several excellent courses including Las Brisas, La Quinta, La Dama de Noche, Aloha and Los Naranjos. All offer excellent facilities, challenging courses and stunning scenery.
Nueva Andalucia is renowned for its wonderful selection of high quality bars and restaurants. In the Centro Plaza you have a good choice of restaurants, cafes and American Deli. Just along the road you can head to the casino and more restaurants. Amongst which is the original site of the famous Costa del Sol chain of Terra Sana, which serves delicious, fresh and healthy cuisine, they also serve great breakfast! Nueva Andalucia is also home to one of the best Indian restaurants on the Costa del Sol, The Taj Mahal, it’s like eating in your front room, but the food is delicious and service friendly.

• Pets
As much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
• No Parties
You are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.
• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.
• Security deposit
Please respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
• Check in is possible between 3.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).
• Check-out is at latest 11AM.
• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
