Beautiful Barn Conversion in Norfolk with Hot Tub

Old Dairy Barn is a perfect hideaway, ideal for a short break or longer holiday to perhaps celebrate a birthday or anniversary, or to stay longer and explore the surrounding area. On the doorstep of the Norfolk Broads and the North Norfolk Coast. Not far from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Worstead with it's pub.

The cottage also benefits from a Wellis hot tub, which is shared with our other 1 bedroom cottage.
The space
The one bedroom cottage is in the grounds of the main Barn, situated in the North Norfolk country side, walking distance to the village of Worstead and not far from the market town of North Walsham. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. A welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and sugar is provided.

The location and cottage are ideally suited to those that enjoy the great outdoors, with lovely country walks and local cycle routes. There is also a gym on site and a luxurious Wellis Spa hot tub, that is the perfect way to relax at the end of a long day.

We have adult and children’s bikes that are available to rent. We have some great cycle routes in the immediate area, starting at the property, from 5km to 200km, we can provide a recommendation for you.
Guest access
The self contained cottage is yours and yours alone for the duration of your stay. The hot tub is just a few steps away from your back door.

We live on site so on most occasions, will be able to meet you and show you around and provide information on local amenities.
Other things to note
The lovely Wellis Spa hot tub is for the use of guests in our two, 1 bedroom cottages. Located just beyond the courtyard gardens, guests can reserve the time they would like to use it using our blackboard and that way have it completely to themselves. The tub is screened to aid privacy and towelling robes and slippers are provided for comfort.

No smoking is allowed in the cottage or anywhere on the site. This includes the use of e-cigarettes.

We always aim to ensure that our cottages are sparkling-clean. For the safety of our guests we have an enhanced cleaning routine which includes the disinfection of all frequently touched surfaces (light switches, door and cabinet handles, remotes etc) before you check in.

Wi-Fi is provided in your accommodation however, please note that due to the rural setting, Wi-Fi speeds may be slower than you are used to.
