Amazing Host!

We initially had an inconvenience with the booking. The owner went completely out of his way to make sure we could have a great stay. Well above and beyond what would be expected. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic location

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Location was great, in a lively area. We found the front bedroom a little noisy so slept in the back room. We found it difficult to keep the flat as warm as we would have liked. It was well equipped and as described.

The house is absolutely wonderful. It's much bigger than it looks in the photos. It's exquisitely decorated and has all the kitchenware we could possibly need. It has beautiful natural light, and the views from the terrace are incredible. It's located in an area with lovely terraces and restaurants and is very well soundproofed. It's a 10-minute walk from the city center with its shops and all the tourist attractions. Joaquín was an attentive and very polite host, answering all our questions. I highly recommend it.

Sevilla sensation

Joaquin's flat checked off so many boxes. It's beautiful finished and decorated, it's economical and Joaquin was quick to respond to any questions. For some, the lack of an elevator could be a concern but we viewed it as a way to help burn off calories consumed from all the nearby restaurants.
