Exclusive Hamlet and XXL Pool

The Périgord Hamlet, set in a lush 21-hectare estate and rated 4 stars, is a true haven of peace. This former 18th-century farmhouse, carefully renovated, consists of three cottages, a games room with a terrace, and a large pool. It can accommodate up 20 guests + 1 bed drawer, providing a perfect setting for group stays that combine charm and authenticity with all modern comforts.

The estate layout is designed to ensure privacy for each guest while encouraging shared moments together. The hamlet is secluded with no nearby neighbors, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay without worrying about disturbing anyone. We never rent the hamlet to separate groups; it is exclusively shared among family or friends.

No hidden costs: bed linens, bath towels, and all utilities are included. For your comfort, you’ll also find numerous amenities, such as an XXL brazier barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen, a ping-pong table, two foosball tables, as well as a soccer field, volleyball/badminton court, and other games to enhance your relaxation time. Dogs are welcome: €25/stay/dog, which is fully donated to the abandoned animal shelter, SPA of Périgueux.

The Hamlet is also equipped with fiber-optic internet, offering a fast and reliable connection and a Type 2 charging station for electric cars.

To make the most of your stay, various services are available on request, such as a private chef, wine tour, massages, yoga classes, and babysitting.

The Cottages (total area of 340 m²):

Red Cottage: 160 m², 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, capacity for 10 people. Large kitchen and dining room that can accommodate all guests on site.
Green Cottage: 120 m², fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, capacity for 6/7 people.
Blue Cottage: 60 m², fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, capacity for 2 people.
In detail:

Red Cottage: Independent 160 m² house for 10 people, with 4 bedrooms (including 2 master suites). The cottage has a living room equipped with a 50-inch flat screen, smart TV with DVD player, and a large dining room that can host all guests on-site. The kitchen is fully equipped for large groups, including a dishwasher, XXL Smeg stove, large fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, and coffee maker. The cottage also includes 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

Green Cottage: Independent two-story house, with a surface area of 120 m², accommodating 8/9 people. On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with 2 double bed, along with a bathroom and separate toilet. The open-plan kitchen with dining area and living room (with flat screen and DVD player) opens onto a private, enclosed garden. Upstairs, there are 2 large bedrooms, a toilet, and a bathroom.

Blue Cottage: Charming independent house of 60 m², ideal for 2 people. The open-plan kitchen leads to the living/dining room equipped with a flat screen and DVD player, as well as a separate bedroom, a toilet, and a bathroom.

All of our cottages have been renovated and newly equipped to ensure optimal comfort in a preserved setting. The bedding includes certified BIO memory foam mattresses, and double beds measure 160 x 200 cm. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, but we kindly ask that you bring your own pool towels. Baby beds and seats are available upon request.

The hamlet is surrounded by numerous walking trails, perfect for outings on foot, horseback, or bicycle (an equestrian center is 800 m away). It offers a 360° panoramic view with no overlooking neighbors or noise pollution. For a comprehensive view of the property, you can view our drone video.

We want you to feel at home and relaxed during your stay. Thanks to our key box, you’ll enjoy flexible arrival times, although please note that check-in is from 4:00 p.m. We will stop by in the afternoon to greet you, explain the property’s amenities, and answer any questions.
