We present a beautiful apartment, with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, ideal for a family vacation, and not only for its incredible mountain views, and partial sea views, but for its exceptional location; and this is nothing more and nothing less than the Urbanization La Cala Golf, located in La Cala de Mijas, one of the most coveted destinations on the Costa del Sol.

If what you are passionate about is sport, you will have available, just a few minutes walk, golf courses such as La Cala Golf Academy or La Cala Golf Club; as well as, at a slightly greater distance, but equally close if you travel by car, Santana Golf, Calanova Golf Club, Mijas Golf Internacional S.A.U., or Miraflores Golf. On the other hand, if what you like is hiking, you can enjoy great walks in areas such as Chaparro centenary or El Esparragal Park, also located a few meters from the property if you travel by car.

On the other hand, if you are looking to relax, you will have places to choose from, from the beaches of the Costa de Mijas, such as La Cala Beach, located 14 minutes drive from the apartment and with excellent beach clubs like Lounge El Tropico, Cabopino Beach, characterized by its beautiful dunes, or Calahonda Beach; the latter only 20 minutes away and known for its beach bars like Andy's Beach Club & Cocktail Bar or for its promenades with many cafes and bars.

Finally, to finish with the location, although we could tell you much more about the Monte Alto area and the wonders it has to offer, you will also have easy access, due to its proximity, to a multitude of restaurants, many of them where you can enjoy the delicious Mediterranean menu, such as El Soto de Marbella, with good food and unbeatable views, or El Jinete Restaurant, located less than 10 minutes away by car.

And, as if all the above were not enough, just 20 minutes away by car, you can visit Fuengirola or, 30 minutes away, Marbella or the attractive tourist Puerto Banus, places where, we assure you, you will not lack leisure and entertainment.

However, leaving aside the location, as for the house that concerns us, it is its 180 m², fully furnished and equipped with all the comforts, which make it an unforgettable stay.

The spacious living-dining room has smart TV, with access to international channels, a chaise longue sofa, an individual chair and a table, for 6 people, as well as a large window that, besides allowing the entry of natural light in it, is a direct access to a private covered terrace with a dining table for 6 people, where you can enjoy the pleasant Mediterranean climate or an outdoor dinner overlooking the picturesque landscape of the Cala de Mijas. On the other hand, the kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, including refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, as well as basic kitchenware and a breakfast bar, is also integrated in the same living room.

The 3 bedrooms of the house are tastefully decorated, offering comfortable beds, fitted closets and high quality bedding. One of them, the master bedroom, has a double bed, as well as direct access to a wonderful terrace with two hammocks, where you can sunbathe, and excellent views of the sea and the Sierra de Mijas. On the other hand, the other two bedrooms have two single beds of great amplitude, as well as one of them has a nice desk chair and the other with access to another terrace / balcony with a chill out area.

Finally, at your disposal, 3 bathrooms, one of them with bathtub/shower and the others with shower, and both fully equipped with sink, toilet and fresh towels. There is also a guest toilet.

As for the urbanization, La Cala Golf is a residential community that has 2 swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, both surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as security cameras throughout the area so that you far from feeling at home you feel much better than at home.

Other extras to mention would be a WIFI and air conditioning available throughout the property, as well as bed linen and towels.
