Potie Street has been the heart of trade in Chania before the interwar period, while today it has taken on a more modern form thanks to the restaurants that have opened in recent years and attract mainly young people to the new haunts of the city!

It is conveniently located in the old town of Chania, at a distance of 1.2 km. from the beach of Nea Chora, 1.8 km. from Kladissos beach and 500m. from the old Venetian port of Chania. The property is approximately 100m. from Mitropoleos Square, 200m. from the Folklore Museum of Chania and 2.4 km. from the Archaeological Museum of Chania.
