Your natural oasis awaits. Come and recharge your energy!

THE IDEAL RETREAT FOR DISCONNECTION
Stimulate your senses in a 2,000 m² sanctuary designed for deep serenity, featuring traditional Oaxacan architecture and unbeatable views of the Sierra Norte. Casa Montagnola is the ideal retreat for total disconnection, creative peace, and intimate contact with nature.

Located on a 2,000 m² plot of native forest in the upper part of Teotitlán del Valle, we offer a 160 m² refuge that blends rustic charm with modern comfort.

DESIGN AND COMFORT THAT INSPIRE
Every corner is designed for you to connect with the environment while enjoying unique details:
• Adobe Architecture: The main adobe bedroom guarantees a deep, restorative sleep, maintaining a pleasant temperature year-round.
• Art in the Kitchen: A rustic-designed kitchen with original mosaics by the renowned painter Francisco Toledo, turning meal preparation into a cultural experience.
• Unbeatable Views: Wide windows in all areas allow you to gaze upon the majesty of El Picacho Hill and the Sierra Norte mountains.
• The Multipurpose Loft: A spacious 75 m² loft ideal for socializing, with a dining area and a dedicated workspace for concentration.
• Distinctive Details: Our rhomboid wooden windows are the architectural signature, adding a touch of countryside charm.

KEY HOUSE AMENITIES
• Bedrooms: 2 (Main bedroom and Loft), both with a double bed and cooling fans.
• Bathrooms: 2 large bathrooms, renovated with regional materials and equipped with guaranteed hot water year-round (solar heaters).
• Connection: We have an internet antenna (stable WiFi) in the workspace area, allowing you to connect without sacrificing the surrounding peace.
• Parking: Ample parking space for 3 to 4 cars inside the property.

THE EXPERIENCE AND THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT
To stay at Casa Montagnola, you should desire to co-exist with the endemic flora and fauna of the Northern Sierra of Oaxaca. We are in the upper part of the village, a place of pure air and native vegetation.
• Note on the Environment: Since the house is immersed in nature, we carry out periodic fumigation as a measure of care and maintenance.

DISCOVER TEOTITLÁN DEL VALLE
Teotitlán is the birthplace of the Zapotec culture, recognized as the safest and cleanest village in the region.
• Culture and Art: Walk to the famous Rug Market (Mercado de Tapetes), where you can admire and purchase handmade wool art dyed with vegetable pigments.
• History: Visit the historical jewel: the Church of the Precious Blood of Christ (17th Century). Its rear section reveals a fascinating archaeological discovery (stones from ancient pre-Hispanic shrines used in its foundations).
• Adventure: Embark on hikes to archaeological zones, enjoy a picnic at the Piedra Azul Dam, or rent bicycles and local guides near the municipal palace.

IDEAL ACCOMMODATION AND CONSIDERATIONS
Casa Montagnola is perfect for adults and young explorers.
• The space is designed for tranquility and adventure.
• The house is equipped for self-sufficient guests. We do not have cribs, equipment, or special spaces for babies, making it ideal for guests of school age and adults.

STRATEGIC LOCATION
• Easy Access: The access road to Casa Montagnola has been recently paved.
• Security: The property features a functional entrance gate for your security.
• Nearby Treasures: We are perfectly situated for easily visiting Oaxaca City, El Tule, Mitla, and Hierve el Agua by car or transport.
