Villa Volterra is a charming villa with a private swimming pool located in the Florence area of Tuscany. It is the perfect place to relax or celebrate a special event while enjoying the beauty of the Tuscan countryside and the culture of Florence (40 km) and its surrounding villages. An old local railway passes nearby, and the villa is located 3 km from Vicchio, where you can find shops, restaurants, and a train station. There are several attractions nearby, including Lake Bilancino (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing), the Poggio dei Medici Golf Club, and the Barberino Fashion Outlet, as well as a tennis court (shared with another villa).

Villa Volterra (230 sqm) develops over two levels.

In the basement you will find the living room with fireplace; home cinema; game room with billiards table and table football game; room with tables and chairs for board games or card games and a work station; fitness room with gym equipment; relaxation room with sauna and multi-sensory shower; bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor (accessed via a staircase from the lower ground floor): 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with sitting room and bathroom with shower; suite consisting of two connecting rooms without a door (two single beds in one room and a double sofa bed in the other) and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms with two single beds can be made into doubles on request.

On the mezzanine level, you will find the entrance which leads to a living room (with fireplace, sofas, chairs), a TV room (with sofas, chairs, games table, satellite TV), a dining room (with table seating 14) and a well-equipped kitchen (with fridge freezer, oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher). On this level, you will also find four double bedrooms (with double beds and Wi-Fi) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower, basin, bidet, and toilet), one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with tub, basin, bidet, and toilet) and two bathrooms (with shower, basin, bidet, and toilet). One of the double bedrooms can be converted into a twin bedroom if required.

Outside, you will find a large park (5.000 sqm) with beautiful gardens featuring an outdoor dining area (with barbecue), a private swimming pool (16m x 8m, depth 1.5m; open from 1 May to 30 September) and private parking onsite.
