The villa with private pool has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with toilet, living-dining room, kitchen, storage room, separate WC, terrace with barbecue, garage and fenced garden, is only 300 meters from the beach of Sta. Margarita removed. The restaurants and shops are about 200 meters away. The garage has space for one car, another can be parked in front of it. Otherwise, you can park in this zone for free.
Sta. Margarita is the perfect starting point for any kind of holiday.
The slowly sloping sandy beach is ideal for children. Water sports, sailing, surfing, kayaking, SUP ....... In 2km distance there is a water park with Ruschbahenen in all sizes. Butterfly park, turtle park, horse riding, go-kart, bike or hiking, all in the vicinity. By car, you can do herlichen day trips and let the diverse landscape with its nature reserves on it.
The white fishing village of Cadaques, Figueres with its DALI-Muesum, Gerona or Barcelona are also worth a visit. We are happy to advise you on site.
