Peaceful and Scenic 3 Bed Duplex Villa on the Beach
Ideal for couples, friends and family, looking for a peaceful stay.
This independent Villa/House is in a gated complex, next to the most popular beach in Mauritius (Mont Choisy). The complex is one of the most quiet places with trees on 2 sides.
The popular La Croisette Mall is just 4 kms away, Grand Baie beach/shopping center is 5 kms.
Duplex with 2 floors. Lower floor has a large seating larea, dining table & a kitchen, with washroom. The upper floor has 3 rooms & a bathroom (not ensuite)
The quiet and peaceful location, surrounded by green vegetation and trees on both sides (the gated complex has trees in the front and back) makes it a lovely place for those looking to enjoy a quiet time
With a beautiful beach right beside, throughout the day, I would recommend that you carry enough sunscreen and swimwear for the stay..:)
Public pool is centrally located in the complex. This is barely 10 steps from the gate of the villa.
Guests can use the pool at all times, only requirement being mindful to not leave kids unattended close to the pool.
The pool has a kid area and adult area, so the bigger part for adults should be avoided by children (unsupervised)
Please also avoid loud music and parties at the place as this neighborhood is known for being serene and calm
Reachable by phone at all times. Available on emails and text too

The place is in the North of Mauritius, besides a popular and long beach called Mont Choisy. Its an hour's drive from airport, and private taxis are the most common mode of transport
