La Casina delle Giuggiole is a 4-bed vacation home, one
of the lovely "casine" on a farm with swimming pool and riding stables,
a completely renovated historic structure dating back to the 16th
century in the countryside of Maruggio, just 3 km from the beaches of the Ionian Sea.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, mini kitchenette, microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer and TV. In common, guests have washing machine, swimming pool with solarium. Indoor parking. pets allowed.

The casina is located under a characteristic portico, on the ground floor of the old masseria.
The entrance is into a living room furnished with table and chairs, mini kitchenette, refrigerator and 2 single beds. From here one enters the double bedroom, through which one finally reaches the full shower room.
The double bedroom has a French window that leads to the back, where there is an outdoor space for exclusive use.

The prestigious ancient masseria is located in the countryside of Maruggio, just 3 km from the beaches of Torre Ovo and Campomarino di Maruggio, seaside resorts lying on the Salento Ionian arch south of Taranto.
The
property is positioned on a road junction from which it`s easy to reach
various Apulian resorts, renowned wine cellars or restaurants on the
coast to enjoy seafood.
 
All around the farmhouse expanses
of green and red earth dotted with ancient trulli accompany the gaze
toward the blue horizon of the sea, which is clearly visible on clear
days. 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Shared Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 45 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
