Elegant, finely renovated farmhouse, ideal for holidays for families and groups of friends who intend to spend a well deserved rest in total relaxation. The farmhouse has an independent kitchen and a swimming pool shared with the other structure on the property.



The property is accessed from a car park for the exclusive use of guests

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please respect the silence in the common areas to avoid disturbing the guests of the other structure

The villa is located at the top of the Marnacchia hill between the municipalities of Amandola and Comunanza. It enjoys a 360° view, from the Adriatic Sea to the Sibillini mountains
