Villa ERIKA is a spacious independent villa with private pool and garden, located a few minutes from the beach of Santa Maria del Focallo Ispica. The villa, recently built, is located in a green residential area near the sandy beaches of the south-east coast of Sicily.
Outside, a large veranda and a well-kept garden, full of trees and flowers, surround the entire villa. Here we find the private swimming pool and solarium, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, and a bathroom with shower.
Inside, the villa offers white and well-furnished environments, with a large and bright living room, surrounded by windows overlooking the garden and the swimming pool, lounge and TV corner; an equipped kitchen complete with all modern comforts; four bedrooms, two of which are double, perfect for families and groups of 4-8 people
The villa has a furnished garden, fenced house, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning in each room, hot/cold, private swimming pool, covered parking in the building, 2 televisions. For golf lovers, the golf courses of the Donnafugata Golf Resort Spa can be reached within 50 km.

The villa is ideally located both for reaching the sea - 5 minutes by car from the splendid sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo - and for easily visiting the most beautiful cities in Sicily and their Baroque style, a UNESCO world heritage site;among the most famous we mention Scicli, Modica and Noto, and then Syracuse and its ancient Greek Theatre.
