Guests are absolutely sure to enjoy a memorable and relaxing vacation experience in this secluded and architecturally beautiful, fully-furnished three-bedroom and two-bathroom vacation rental cabin, on the amazing White River! Very comfortable, the living room has a recliner loveseat and four large recliners that swivel…..so that you may enjoy the view! Each room has a smart tv and a king mattress; one that can be split into two extra-long twin beds. A one person sleeper sofa is also in the Master bedroom. The Master bath has an oversized shower, Jacuzzi Garden tub and its own private deck. Equipped with smart tv’s in every room and high-speed cable television/internet/WiFi….this is an awesome getaway to work remotely! Prepare your family's favorite meals in our fully-equipped kitchen, with a well-stocked pantry. A Gas, charcoal, and Smoker grill is on deck. Down by the river we have an additional deck where the temperature drops by at least 10 degrees and affords an even better view of the cliffs and the river. Don’t let your family vacation be anything less than exceptional. Allow us to give you the best experience of your life! Oh, and we have a new Hot Tub for 5!!

Perfect!

We have stayed at numerous homes on the River but this home was our all time favorite! The location is secluded but easy to get to. The few miles of rock road is well maintained. There is very little boat traffic on the River and we enjoyed sitting on the dock listening and watching Mother Nature. I would highly recommend staying here for a great relaxing vacation.

Lovely home!

We had such an incredible time visiting Arkansas and staying at this home. The views were beautiful, and there was a boat ramp right down the road that we could access for fishing and to launch the boat. The hot tub was a big bonus for when it rained. Would definitely stay again! The hosts were also very communicative and wanted to make sure we were enjoying ourselves (which we definitely did).

The perfect vacation

This place exceeded our expectations. The cabin was cozy and clean and had all of the little extras you tend to forget on vacation. We loved sitting on the dock, or on the deck, or in the hot tub, or the livingroom in front of the huge picture windows. Everything was perfect. And the icing on the cake was being able to watch the eclipse right on the deck. I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect cozy cabin

My favorite VRBO to date. We loved this cabin. We loved the open lay out and large windows. Views inside and on the porch were amazing. Beds and living room furniture were so comfortable. Amenities were all covered. More than sufficient towels and bedding. Fishing wasn't ideal but still a fantastic spot. Will definitely go back.

Valentine Getaway

I was blown away with the location. Right on the river away from the road. The cabin was decorated nicely and extremely clean. There was a hot tub already heated when we arrived. The place was very homey. The hosts had everything stocked that we could possibly need or what we could possibly have forgotten to take. My wife an I had a wonderful experience on our 10th Valentine Day together. We will definitely rebook at another time.

Very nice

It is a very nice place and will be looking to stay again. First time doing this. There were some minor reconstruction projects in progress. Nothing that affected the stay. Its a beautiful place. Closest grocery store was in fact 40 minutes away just like the owners stated. Rained really hard so fishing was out of the question for the first two days. River was flowing to fast. We all had a great time.

Relaxing Cabin Getaway

I loved the cabin! It has everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable getaway. The view of the river and mountains was amazing from the large windows. It was clean, nicely decorated and had a very well-stocked kitchen. I had to change my travel dates due to COVID and the owners were very flexible and accommodating. The communication was excellent with immediate responses to any questions and concerns. To get to the cabin, you will have to drive down a gravel road for about 20 mins but once you are there, there is no need to go anywhere. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Everything you need and want

This home was very well appointed with more than enough ammenities for anythng you might want. The roads were a little tough, but worth the effort. The view and atmosphere of overlooking the river were very relaxing. We were surprised by the train coming through...and we have seen our first muskrat. Disappointed in VRBO insurance policies and felt deposit was more than a little steep.

Fell little bit in love with this VRBO💜

This wonderful house/cabin by the river was our favorite "Christmas in a cabin" holiday so far. First they go above and beyond providing many things you don't always get. People are right when they say the photos don't do it Justice. The house is warm and welcoming from your first step inside. The wood used in the walls and vaulted ceilings is beautiful. King size beds around and lots of comfortable seating choices. And on the different decks there are great views of the white river. I hope to go back in different seasons, it's also a pretty, quiet area. I can't recommend this place enough!

Wonderful host with a million dollar view!

What a spectacular view of the white river. My wife and I are in love with this location. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing location, book this now. We will be back as soon as possible. If you are needing to get work done while away, the wifi measures 100 Mbps up and down. We spent the majority of our time relaxing in the recliners located directly in front of the huge windows facing the river, soaking in the huge 5 person hot tub, and sitting on the dock adjacent to the river. This cabin has every amenity you can imagine. Russ was very responsive to any questions we had before or during the stay.

My concern

The property was nice but they need to give better directions that doesn’t involve 20 plus miles off Hwy 5. A better direction should be provided and information that it is down a dirt road plus better hot tub access with a step up and a bar to pull yourself out!!! Plus the sheet in the master was not fitted and was not as it should be. Plus the bed in the master being so high up needs to have a step to provide easy access

Secluded getaway

This house is the perfect secluded getaway for a slower paced vacation. The house has huge windows facing the river and every view is breathtaking. The homeowner was great at communicating with us, and we felt very welcomed. The house had many modern conveniences, and was well stocked with anything you might need. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was a great value for the cost and I am glad that we stumbled upon this deal. It does take about 30-40 minutes to get to from either the north or south so you do need to grocery shop before getting there, but that is what makes this property so nice. You are able to get away from the rest of the world and relax. We plan on going back in the fall as we feel the views will be even prettier! This was a beautiful property and is definitely worth staying at!

Fun time with family

Our stay was truly exceptional, highlighted by breathtaking views from every vantage point of the property. While the access involves gravel roads, they are meticulously maintained, making the drive quite pleasant, even for us, accustomed to Oklahoma's gravel roads. The 30-minute drive to Calico Rock on these roads is particularly convenient. Though other destinations like Mountain View, and Mountain Home are a 40 minute drive away, the scenic beauty makes the travel enjoyable and do not seem long at all. Each town offered unique attractions and dining experiences. The riverfront location provides excellent fishing right from the backyard. Despite some abnormal strong winds that made fishing challenging at times, we managed to catch trout, and enjoyed watching the playful river otters. The cabin itself is remarkably well-equipped, offering everything one could need (except ketchup, which we happily remedied for future guests!). The hot tub was a hit with the kids, and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious jetted tub in the master bath, using it almost nightly. During a brief power outage caused by high winds, the owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Her thoughtful offers of assistance were truly appreciated. We chose to stay put, enjoying the cozy ambiance created by the provided candles and fireplace, which turned into a memorable family experience. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing and scenic getaway, and superb hosts! Thanks again!

Best VRBO Ever!

This was a girls getaway weekend along with my special needs daughter. We came from three different states and we stayed for 4 nights and had a FABULOUS time! The communication with Russ and Michelle from the very beginning was outstanding. They responded to my text messages immediately both before and during the stay. The cabin was wonderful and was right on the White River. We could sit in the living room and watch the river roll by. There was ample seating in the living room for all of us and very comfortable. We used the fireplace from the time we got there until we left. The best part? The cabin was stocked with EVERYTHING you would need! The pantry was full and there was every imaginable appliance and cookware available. A couple of times we thought we wish we would've brought something when we were cooking and all we had to do was look and there it was! The linens were deluxe and the beds were very comfortable. We went into Mountain Home one day and did some junkin' and flea markets/antique stores. Lots to look at! We loved being out in the middle of nowhere and even managed to hit a deer on the road! No damage though! We would definitely go back and cannot wait to see the new renovations. Thanks so much Russ and Michelle for a much needed getaway!

Very beautiful!! Nice remote rural location, but I wouldn’t really call it secluded as the listing title suggests as there are neighbors on both sides. Very clean. Nice relaxing stay. Only things to say that weren’t extremely positive are 1) I had previously asked if there was access to get into the river from the property and was told yes. But I couldn’t find any once arrived so I asked the host and was told can ask the neighbors if they will let me use their steps which I didn’t feel comfortable doing so was disappointed about river access. 2) It wasn’t completely set up with outdoor cushions, etc. Guests are expected to do this themselves. Which would be fine but at this price I would prefer it to all be set up for me. Not a dealbreaker, just a personal preference. 3) The checkin guide had one door access code and wifi info and the message sent by host had another. I had thought these were the same and only took screenshots of the guide. There is no cell service at the property so I had to drive back to service to see the mistake or to even contact the host. This was my mistake but it would be nice if both these places had matching info is all. Overall, this was a fantastic getaway and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Highly recommend and would stay there again!!!

White River Remote Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property on the White River. The cabin is in a fairly remote location, quiet and peaceful, with scenic bluffs across the river. The cabin is well stocked with all the essentials, and the living room and kitchen are spacious. The outside decks have lots of room for outdoor activities and the deck down by the water is a great place for your morning cup of coffee.

The house its self had little room in the kitchen cabinets for our grocery supplies. The most annoying thing there was little to no hanging closets and drawers for your clothes. They were filled with sheets and mattresses,pillows,blankets FULL

Beautiful cabin!

This is a beautiful and well-stocked cabin! Everything is as described. It is secluded, so be prepared for that. It’s very homey and comfortable to come back to after a day on the White River.
