This 2-floor residence is bright and airy, filled with natural light and tasteful furnishings, able to host up to 6 guests. As soon as you step inside, the inviting open-plan living area will immediately catch your eye. Complete with a fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, you'll have everything you may need. The living room offers a comfortable dining area, a sofa-bed, a TV, and A/C making it the perfect place to unwind. From here, you'll have direct access to the front patio where you can take in the stunning sea views while dining. On the same floor, there is a double bedroom with a TV, as well as a bathroom with a washing machine. As you make your way to the upper floor, you'll find two more bedrooms: a double-bed with A/C and a cozy bunk bed. From the double-bed you can step out onto the balcony to appreciate the wonderful sea view while relaxing in the seating area, complete with a dining table. There is also a spacious bathroom with a built-in shower. If you step outside, you'll find yourself in the midst of a tranquil garden that surrounds the maisonette, along with the stunning sea view. From the front patio, a short path leads you to a private kiosk with a barbeque and outdoor dining spot.
Our residence is situated on the road that connects Aliki village with Kato Livadi, capturing the tranquil side of the island. Guests can,also, benefit from the short-drive distance of Alikis beach. This beautiful coastal village has lots of taverns, cafes and bars across the harbor. There is a vast variety of little gulfs and serene beaches at a close distance. Visitors can, also, explore the countryside while admiring the local architecture or rent a boat from Pounda and Naoussa or enjoy a wine-tasting experience only 20-minutes away by car.
