Care Naxos Home with sea views short walk to Prokopios beach

This detached villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is short walk (5mins) from the beautiful Agios Prokopios Beach. This beach, especially this end is sheltered from the prevailing North wind. Accommodates 6 persons (8 if necessary)
This split level home with traditional marble floors has spacious living and dining areas and a well equipped kitchen with oven, stove fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. The sitting room had a fireplace, cable TV, radio and CD player opening onto a balcony with sea views. The kitchen dining area opens on to a large partially shaded balcony with outdoor sofas and dining table and seas views.
The first bedroom has a built in double bed and en-suite with shower and toilet and opend onto a terrace partially shaded with 6 sunbeds. A second bedroom had twin beds and a third has bunk beds and single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobe space andare airconditioned. The second bathroom has a bath with a shower wash basin and toilet.
There is a utility room with a washing machine, iron and portable ironing board.
The nearby beach is famed as one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece with crystal clear waters and protection from the north wind. There is a tavern with amazing views at an elevated position next to the beach and the village of Prokopios is about 2km with a range of shops, restaurants, mini market bars etc. Naxos town is approximately 10 minutes drive.

Une maison agréable

La maison est bien située à qq minutes à pied de la plage et pas très loin de la capitale en voiture. Il s'agit en revanche d'un quartier très résidentiel. Je pensais que nous serions plus proches de la rue principale d'Agios Prokopios où il y a tous les commerces de base. Il fallait prendre la voiture ! S'agissant de la maison, elle mériterait un rafraichissement. Elle n'était pas non plus super propre. Sans parler de l'eau chaude que nous n'avons pas eue pendant les 2 premiers jours car le ballon n'avait pas été branché. Ce sont les petits désagrément qu'il faut a priori connaître pour avoir une location à peu près bon marché pour les Cyclades. Mais pour finir sur une note positive la maison est très jolie de l'extérieur et la terrasse est parfaite. Il y a bien 3 chambres dont une chambre parentale avec sa propre salle d'eau. Et une fois de plus, la plage est juste à côté !

Lovely stay on Naxos. Quieter island ( or possibly because it was late season). Prokopios good beach, but many other options. Interesting island to explore, some ancient remains, lovely hill side villages and walks. Good variety of food with more interesting dishes than the usual souvlaki and moussaka.

Agréable Villa à 5 min à pieds de la plage

Agréable villa bien située à 100 m d'une magnifique plage. Voiture nécessaire pour faire les courses ( 15 min en voiture). Riet est très accueillante et donne de bons conseils pour les restaurants alentours ainsi que pour la location de voiture.

This home is based in a prime location on the island of Naxos very close to Prokopios Beach. There are very few homes which share this this prime location. Close to town and walking distance to the sea and the shops and restaurants of Prokopios. The home itself is comfortable and airy and offers a holiday feel.
