El estado de la casa está en muy malas condiciones. Huele a humedad que echa para atrás.Cuando llegamos estaba sucia y eso que cobran a parte por la limpieza. Almohadas con manchas, camas que chirrían, sillas a punto de desmontarse, pocos utensilios de cocina y muy degradados. Solo funcionaba un fogón de los tres. En definitiva, llevo 20 años alquilando pisos en Gijón y nunca me había encontrado una en tan mal estado. Y por ende, quien gestiona el alquiler es una inmobiliaria, R2R Consulting Inmobiliario, y solo atendieron a la petición de limpiar la casa el día después de nuestra llegada. A las demás peticiones ni se dignaron a contestar.
