About this property

The villa has two double bedrooms (a larger with king-size and a smaller with double mattress, both orthopedic) both with wardrobes, a large and welcoming living room with sofa and large dining table, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A wide patio/veranda and a large garden full of junipers, oaks and Mediterranean scrub surround the house. There is an outdoor shower with hot water. Our house is about 2 km walk from the sea (15-20 min).
 Rena Majore is the right place for those looking for a holiday in contact with nature, full of walkways among pine woods and coastal paths. There are also essential shops, a summer chemist/pharmacy, a few cafes and a very good restaurant/pizzeria.

The Aglientu municipality has a tourist-tax of €2 per day per person (from 1 June to 30 Sept) for the first 10 days of stay), to be fully paid in cash on arrival to the host (https://www.comune.aglientu.ot.it/ente/avvisi/1085)
