Villa Bellavista on the sea

From the terrace and the private garden you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and the islands of the "Maddalena Archipelago" and Corsica. The house is located in a beautiful and very green rural area. Inside the house there is a guide to the best beaches to discover and also the best places to eat Sardinian specialties (cheese, vegetables, meat and typical sweets). In the village there is a nice pool for residents only. Reserved parking space Ideal for one or two couples of friends, and families. Near the beach (only 500 m from the house) there are restaurants, bars, small supermarkets, pastry shops and ice cream parlors. It is a romantic place, located on a small hill. It is possible to rent the villa for short periods. In summer it is easy to find some shows, concerts and beach parties. There are many nightclubs in the Costa Smeralda, for example the "Billionaire" in Briatore. Several famous people have property in this area: Peter Gabriel, Abramovich, Agha Kan, Mancini, Berlusconi. The area is perfect for lovers of water sports in particular: windsurfing, kitesurfing and sailing. From the Olbia Costa Smeralda airport 45 KM. From Alghero airport FERTILIA 140 KM. We recommend renting a car, there are a lot of companions for example: Europcar, Hertz ...

From far it's good, from near it's far from good

This house has a magnificient view, but sadly that's it. The inventory is right from the flea market and you might get charged extra. Won't do it again.

La situation géographique de la maison facilite les excursions sur plusieurs sites vers Santa teresa, Palau, Porto Pollo à 5 m pour les sports nautiques, à moins d'une heure d'Olbia. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous ont guidé vers de très beaux sites. Encore merci !!! et à bientôt !!!

Kann man mal machen

Eine wunderschöne Ferienanlage. Unser Haus war rustikal gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und hatte eine schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick und gartenähnliche Außenanlage. Also alle Voraussetzungen zum Wohlfühlen, wäre das Haus nicht quasi ein Doppelhaus mit gleichem Aufbau und wenn beide Häuser belegt sind, ist es mit der Privatatmosphäre leider vorbei. Bedauerlicherweise geht der Doppelhauscharakter aus der Beschreibung bei FEWO nicht hervor. Unser Gastgeber Alessandro war sehr nett und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Danke dafür.

Sardinian Refuge - near windsurfing and beaches

We had a wonderful stay at Allesandro’s property. It is small but very charming, great view, air conditioned and conveniently located in Porto Pollo. The property and the area are quiet and peaceful. Allesandro is a gracious host and offered several useful recommendations throughout our stay. All together - very pleasant experience.
