Lovely house

The property is very nice and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The lovely garden adds to the charme. As a suggestion, it would be nice to have air conditioning since during the really hot days it was hard to sleep. We will definitely be back !

Beautiful house with amazing view to the archipelago of Maddalena

we rented the house for two weeks in August, with four adults and four children. the sleeping facilities and three bathrooms are perfect for a greater number of people. in particular the spacious garden allowed the children to play. just a few minutes walk downhill is the lovely little beach NELSON which offers crystal clear water and amazing view. we had a few very hot days and while the house always benefits from a light breeze there is no air conditioning and nights can be warm in summer. important to mention is that the house was very well equipped, sufficient cutlery, glasses, etc. we strongly recommend a stay, we had a fantastic time

Maison agréable typique avec vue sur la maddalena très bien équipée (juste preciser que la 3 eme chambre est a l'extérieur mais possibilité de couchage dans le salon...)

Wir haben zweieinhalb Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und La Maddalena ist fantastisch. Alles war blitzsauber und ordentlich (Dank an Signora Maddalena). Die Gastgeber Enrica und Emanuele sind mehr als freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung perfekt. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Vielen Dank !!!!

Come a casa ma sei in un paradiso

Grazie a Maddalena per l’attenzione e la cura degli ospiti. La casa invece è proprio bella. Terzo anno che ci ritorno ed ogni volta una conferma. Sempre pulita, curata ed accogliente. Porto Rafael invece è un vero paradiso. Vale proprio la pena trascorrere una vacanza. Tutte le volte si riparte con un grande magone ma con la promessa di ritornare l’anno successivo

Wunderschönener Familienurlaub!

Wir haben in diesem wunderbaren, sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus zwei sehr schöne Wochen mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Kindern verbracht. Das Grundstück ist ein Traum und für die Kinder ein großes Abenteuer, aber trotzdem absolut sicher da komplett eingezäunt. Vier wunderschöne kleine Strände sind in Laufdistanz erreichbar und ein wenig Gastronomie gibts im Örtchen auch. Einkaufen sollte man aber im Supermarkt in Palau, insofern ist ein Auto unerlässlich. Auch für etwaige Ausflüge ins sehenswerte Umland; es gibt so viel zu entdecken und zu erleben! Der Tipp der Vermieterin ein Motorboot zu mieten und die Inseln um La Maddalena zu erkunden war unser absolutes Highlight. Der gesamte Emailkontakt mit ihr war immer sehr nett und unglaublich unkompliziert, sehr angenehm! Auch die Verwalterin vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem hatten wir eine großartige Zeit, Danke!

Un décor enchenteur!

Nous étions deux familles (4 adultes et 5 enfants) et nous n'étions pas à l'étroit. La situation de cette charmante villa est idéale. La vue sur l'archipel de la Maddalena y est magnifique et les environs sont plutôt calmes. Quelques yachts mouillent parfois au large de Porto Rafael. Les mouvements des bateaux dans le détroit offre un peu d'animation. Maddalena qui se charge de l'intendance est très accueillante et de bon conseil. Ne pas hésiter à lui demander quelques bonnes tables de la région. Le cadre verdoyant du jardin et de ces environs est très reposant. Il n'y a que les moustiques qui peuvent un peu perturber le séjour. La maison ne possède pas de piscine, mais les belles plages de la région, vous font largement oublier ce point. La villa est bien équipée et bien entretenue. Propreté impeccable. Jardin soigné. Villa à recommander!

Just one word: marvellous!

Che cosa dire? Una casa fantastica, in una posizione incredibile in uno dei mari più belli al mondo. Peccato essersi fermati così poco. La casa è grande con 3 belle camere da letto. La cucina non è enorme ma si lavora bene in due ed è dotata di tutto quello che serve. Soggiorno spazioso ed uno splendido patio dove poter mangiare con una vista incantevole. Temevo che non avere l'aria condizionata fosse un problema ed invece la casa è sempre fresca, anzi di notte spesso una piccola trapunta aiuta. Quello che stupisce più di tutto è la cura dei particolari. Si vede che non è la classica casa di affitto ma è sempre la casa di vacanza dei proprietari. Il relax è così elevato che spesso passa la voglia di uscire, non fosse altro per vedere lo splendido borgo di Porto Rafael. In ogni caso in 5 minuti si arriva al mare, nella splendida spiaggia di baia Nelson. La prima volta non è facile trovarla ma poi è veramente un piccolo paradiso. Sempre in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge anche il piccolo supermercato dove si trovano tanti buoni prodotti, peccato solo i prezzi non proprio economici. In ogni caso sempre meglio avere a disposizione una macchina. Un ultimo consiglio: affittate un gommane a Palau porto e potrete andare a fare il bagno in alcune delle più belle spiagge al mondo. Sembro esagerato: provate per credere. Un grazie ai proprietari e alla signora Maddalena che mi hanno sempre assistito e si sono sempre resi disponibili, anche se per la verità non c'è stato alcun bisogno. Tornerò volentieri il prossimo anno. Grazie

Simply perfect

The house is amazing. Italian style, very comfortable and relaxing. Everything is quite new like the kitchen, the fridge and the washer. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the ones with trunk beds is the perfect space for our children. The garden is nice but the patio is the best place to stay Porto Rafael is one of the best place I had never seen. I will come back next year. Enrica and Emanuele are trying to help you and solve all our requests. Maddalena doesn't speak English or others language but anyway we can understand: she manage the house like your house. And with a small gift she is also much better

Sempre un paradiso

Da tanti anni veniamo in vacanza in Sardegna. Porto Raphael è un luogo incantato. La casa è un piccolo paradiso. Nel 2016 è stata parzialmente ristrutturata ed ha la cucina nuova e il soggiorno. Casa grande con 3 camere spaziose e dotate di bei bagno, ti permette un relax incredibile. Cenare sotto la veranda con vista dell'isola della Maddalena lascia incantati.

Bellissima vacanza

La casa ha un' ottima vista sulla Maddalena uno specchio di mare meraviglioso. La cucina e` ben attrezzata e gli spazi sono generosi. E` fresca ma noi l' abbiamo abitata da fine maggio a meta` giugno. Non è la prima volta che soggiorniamo a Porto Rafael e qui ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Vacanza Eccezionale

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa per una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo.La casa ha tutti i comfort che si possano desiderare oltre ad avere una vista mozzafiato sull'isola della Maddalena, si trova a pochi km dalle spiagge piu belle del nord della Sardegna.Inoltre la signora Ernica ed il figlio Emanuele sono molto cordiali e disponibili.Anche la signora Maddalena che é presente in loco é sempre reperibile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.Vacanza da ripetere assolutamente!!

I believe that Porto Raph...

I believe that Porto Raphael is an amazing place. But this villa is fantastic too: recently renewed has a superb view of Maddalena’s isle. It’s very confortable, with 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 nice bathrooms and a fantastic veranda where can eat looking around this wonderful place. You have a minimarket very close as well as a beautiful beach. But the thing that amazed me is the beauty and elegance of the interior: typical Italian style! The owner of the house is very nice and helpful. A big thank you to my friend who told me about this opportunity. But don’t forget to rent a boat to visit Budelli, Spargi and Caprera. I believe that next year I’ll come back for at least 3 weeks.
