Beautiful house nestled among the granite rocks typical of Sardinia and overlooking with breathtaking 180 ° views of the Archipelago of La Maddalena and Corsica from which you can enjoy unforgettable sunrises and sunsets.

The house is located within the "I Delfini" residential complex, Porto Rafael, an enviable position on Punta Sardegna.

The house, finished and well-kept, is the place of our childhood and happiest moments. It consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a newly renovated bathroom, an independent kitchen, a living room with TV and a magnificent terrace with a large table, deck chairs and outdoor lounge.

The house has a lovely and well-kept garden with a viewpoint from which you can admire Punta Marmorata (Santa Teresa di Gallura), the Island of Spargi, Santa Maria, Budelli, Santo Stefano, La Maddalena, Caprera and Corsica.
