This smartly finished and newly renovated three-room top-floor vacation flat is located in a private residential complex on the magnificent Gulf of Arzachena, within easy walking distance from Baia Sardinia and a few minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda.
It has one large living-dining area with a trundle single bed, a furnished and functional kitchen; one master room and another bedroom with two single bunk beds (a camping bed for kids can be added); one shower room, and two wide balconies, one of them facing on the La Maddalena Archipelago.
The residential complex has a big private communal sheltered-from-the wind swimming pool, the beach 150 meters far and a small Marina from which the marvelous Islands of Caprera and La Maddalena can be reached.
