A piece of heaven!

This house was the ideal spot for our holidays. Perfect location with all facilities around. Very clean and appropriate. The owner os very helpful and reactive to qny suggestions or inquiries. Will be back!

Meraviglioso appartamento vista mare baia sardinia

Ho passato 24 giorni meravigliosi in questo delizioso appartamento ! !pulizia ottima ,una veranda con vista sul giardino e mare che ogni mattina facevo colazione da sogno!voglio ringraziare a tutti per la accoglienza e per la disponibilità nei miei confronti per ogni cosa io abbia avuto bisogno!tornerò sicuramente con grandissimo piacere!Devo dire che non mancava nulla ,sembrava la mia seconda casa!mi mancherà molto!ottimo anche per i animali domestici!vicino trovi tutto quello che una famiglia abbia bisogno.!insomma casa da sogno come la mia vacanza altronde!super consigliato!sig Evelin molto gentile tanto quanto la proprietaria Rosaria!grazie ancora

Posizione eccellente - appartamento pessima presenza.

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione favolosa frontemare a 30 metri dalla spiaggia, panorama molto bello sull'Isola di Caprera. Giardino della casa molto curato e piacevole da vivere. L'interno dall'appartamento di pessima qualità, odore di muffa per insufficiente areazione, pareti scrostate e intonaco con muffe e efflorescenze, mobili vecchi e trascurati, materasso impresentabile, altezza della volta non adeguata per utilizzo abitativo, piano cottura marcio. La bellezza del panorama e la posizione non possono prescindere dalla qualità abitativa dell'appartamento che necessita di una radicale ristrutturazione. Baja Sardinia, località di mare molto bella con un grandissima offerta di spiagge e attrazioni estive e di vacanza.

Una vetrina sul mare

L'appartamento è curato, con un bel patio, un giardino fronte mare molto ben tenuto. Ci sono 2 lettini e ombrelloni per godere della spiaggia che si trova davanti all'appartamento. C'è un posto auto riservato di fronte alla casa. Una bellissima esperienza

Siamo stati per due settimane.......casa molto curata,e vista mare mozzafiato,praticamente si è in spiaggia.che dire tutto perfetto.a 200 metri la bellissima piazzetta di baia sardinia piena di locali e ristoranti .......che dire ???? Da tornare sicuramente
