• Ground floor:

The large living room, with dual access to different areas of the garden, represents the heart of the property.

There is a single bedroom with a view of the lake and the valley.

There is a separate and windowed kitchen with access to the balcony. It is equipped with an oven, microwave, various kitchen utensils, Nescafé coffee machine, refrigerator, tea kettle, and toaster. Being separate from the other rooms, it will prevent any unwanted odors from spreading.
