The flat is part of a small house divided into two independent dwellings with separate entrances. It is situated on a finca shared with another house of about 600m². It consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom and is only a 10 min walk to the beach. The situation is very quiet with no traffic noise. This particular flat is the back one as shown in the photo. The finca has parking space for one car per flat. From the house you can walk straight down a path to the beach of Lariño. To the north you can also walk down to the lesser known, wilder coves.

The flat is very well kept and the cleanliness is impeccable.

The flat has wifi. The accommodation includes towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, scouring and dishwashing liquid as well as kitchen towels, dishcloths and parasol.
