Seabise is a renovated apartment 50m from the beach. The apartment on the 4th floor has been beautifully renovated. When you stay here, you will have a nice apartment with bathroom, living space and 2 bedrooms. This cozy apartment is the ideal base for a family vacation by the sea! The apartment is located in a connecting street between the shopping street and the seafront, so there is always something to do!

The Space:
Upon entering, you immediately notice the wooden finish of the hallway. There is access to the compact bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The living area consists of a cozy sitting area with TV, dining area and well-equipped kitchen.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with bunk beds.

Bed and bath linens are NOT provided, you need to bring these yourself.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the vacation home and facilities.

Other Things to Note:
PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided in this accommodation. You need to bring these yourself!

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
