The air conditioning and heating of the house are guaranteed by 4 efficient, latest-generation split units in every bedroom and in the living room. Parking and access to the property. Guests may: (option 1) park directly in the courtyard, but we note that it is necessary to drive along a narrow and steep driveway (option 2) park in the condominium car park area, which is located within the private area of the complex, and walk up a dirt path about 40 metres long. Due to the conformation of the property and the neighborhood in general, the stay is recommended only for guests without mobility issues.

The town is very lively and offers all essential services. It’s impossible to get bored, thanks to the numerous restaurants, wine bars, nightclubs, and the shopping street, which offers Sardinian crafts and traditional food stores. The town, inhabited by locals all year round, provides all the services needed for a holiday focused on fun, nightlife, and beach and recreational activities. During your stay at Villetta Alma, a vehicle is essential. Besides Porto Sa Ruxi beach (which can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot), you will only be able to reach the other surrounding beaches and the services of the town of Villasimius by car.
