Built in 1890, this spacious 3-storey cottage is a relative youngster by St Ives' standards and is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the Harbour. Stylishly decorated throughout with a wood-burning stove in a granite framed fireplace. Down a short flight of steps at the end of the road stands St Ives' Art Deco cinema and just a short walk beyond this are the many restaurants, galleries and golden beaches. Trenwith Place is a quiet cul-de-sac exuding a peaceful and calm ambience. Benefiting from a private parking space, 22 Trenwith is perfect for days spent exploring and cosy nights in.
Ground Floor

A large open plan living space with twin aspect windows. There is a 3-seater sofa, a snuggle armchair, another armchair and a window seat that allows you to watch any street activity. There is a 43" wall mounted TV.

A farmhouse kitchen table sits in the second half of the room with 4 slatted back chairs and 2 carver chairs. There are 2 built in cupboards with shelving above.

To the rear, is a separate kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer and plenty of storage.
First Floor
The staircase leads to a small landing with a period stained glass window.

Bedroom 1. Double bed, side table, lamp, chest of drawers and a hanging space.

Bedroom 2. Twin single beds, chest of drawers and a bedside table and lamp.

Bathroom. Bath with power shower over, wash basin and WC. It is tastefully decorated with stone tiles.
Second Floor
A light and airy attic bedroom with one chair by the Juliette balcony to relax and enjoy the sea views. King size bed, two bedside cabinets, lamps, chest of drawers and hanging space.

Parking is to the rear of the house accessed via a narrow lane just below Trenwith Place.

The parking spot itself is a standard size. It is the only paved one and has yellow posts, is chained and is against a panel fence.

One small well behaved dog accepted.
