Villa Balance is a modern property located in Aigua Gelida, just 1 km away from Tamariu, and 1.5 km from the beach of Aigua Blava of Begur, in the municipality of Palafrugell.
Surrounded by beautiful hills and Mediterranean nature, the property offers an open view on the sea, perfect to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Costa Brava.

Outside a nice grass garden hosts the panoramic swimming pool, a terrace with sunbeds, a chill area with table and armchairs, where to enjoy an aperitif admiring the Mediterranean sea during the golden hour, is also available a barbecue to prepare delicious meals all together.
Moving inside we enter directly in the living room, with large glass windows and magnificent stone wall, from where to admire the sea view outside, cosy sofas, the flat TV, the fireplace, for the cooler days, the open dining area with table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen with the coffee maker, dish washing machine, the microwave, oven, this ambient has the direct access to the external terrace.
At this floor there are also the laundry room with washing machine and dryer and two bedrooms, with double bed and private bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, two more double bedrooms with en suite bathroom anda direct access to the panoramic terrace.

Villa Balance offers to its guests all the comfort necessary to spend an unforgettable time in Costa Brava, like the wi fi connection and a private parking inside the property.



Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
No Safety fence around the pool
Pool has no swimming guard
Children welcome
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
