Large and light stone house in a quiet and green area. The house is located near the center of Begur (walking distance through a pedestrian path), near the beaches of Sa Tuna and Aiguafreda (5 minutes drive).
It offers beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the medieval village of Begur.
It is surrounded by a large garden, 4 terraces and a private swimming-pool.

It consists of two floors :
Ground floor: large entrance hall/library, 3 spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and viewing window into the garden, laundry room, guest shower room. Large terrace with table tennis.
First Floor : master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, office (or 5th bedroom), a shower room, a kitchen open to the dining room, large living room (with fireplace) open on two terraces. One of them is sheltered with BBQ area and dining table protected from the sun and the wind. A third wooden terrace with garden furniture offering a wonderful sea view.
The property is completely surrounded by a large garden with rockeries, lawn, trees and plants.
Private parking for two cars. The house is modern and well equipped, it is well oriented and sunny. WiFi access available.

Peaceful, luxury villa

A wonderful holiday location in a very peaceful, spacious and very comfortable villa. Large, airy rooms throughout and 4 or 5 great outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the great Spanish weather. A great stay for all the family.

Wonderful Stay in Begur

This was a beautiful house, well located close to town and several beaches. The perfect place for our family to post up for several weeks. The host was responsive to small issues and clear in her communications. Would love to return.

Family Break

Excellent villa. Provided everything we wanted for a holiday. Villa well equipped with all modern needs. Only downside was the walk into town when dark at night was more difficult than expected. Would highly recommend the Villa to anyone however.

Fabulous villa

We had a wonderful family week at the villa. The villa is very clean and very well equipped. The gardens are beautiful and very well kept. Great pool. The outside eating area is great - the sun sets as you have dinner. We loved the petanque pitch. We had a few small issues which were sorted quickly with no fuss. It's a 5 minute drive into town or to the local beaches. Highly recommended and we would happily go back.

Paradise

We looked at dozens of properties before deciding on this one and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Only a 1.45 hour drive from Barcelona airport, the villa location is quite unique as it is walking distance from both Begur (a charming midieval town with excellent restaurants) and the beach. It is also a short drive to Girona, Figueres and other great hikes and beaches. The villa is simply beautiful inside and out, even nicer than can be captured by the photos. All four bedrooms are extremely comfortable which was a big plus, and not easy to find with other comparable villas. The pool and bocce ball pit were a hit with our family. We strongly recommend this villa and would return in a heartbeat.

Maison spacieuse, lumineuse et bien agencee

Séjour en famille très agréable, seul l'internet laisse à désirer ( 3 jours sans aucun signal). Adultes et enfants peuvent profiter d'un grand espace de vie. Superbe jardin bien entretenu, belle piscine et magnifique piste de pétanque.

Au calme mais à coté de Begur et de la mer

Nous avons passé un séjour superbe dans la villa de Fabienne. Elle est très bien située à 2 pas de Begur et quelques minutes en voiture de la mer. L'endroit est très calme en pleine nature avec une vue superbe sur le chateau de Begur et une petite vue mer. Le jardin est magnifique, la piscine et le terrain de pétanques ont été très appréciés et la maison joliment décorée et bien équipée. La terrasse abritée est vrai aout en journée et en soirée . Nous espérons vraiment pouvoir y retourner !

Great place to stay

The house has a lot of charm with a lovely garden and lawn. It is well located in a quiet environment with easy access to the town and the beach. Lots of space with huge open living and dining outside area. We had everything we needed all with good equipment. Outdoor and indoor games were available much appreciated by the kids. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. I’d recommend this property to anyone. Michael

Magnifique maison dans un environement exceptionnel

Nous avons loué cette villa pendant une semaine en avril. La maison est très agréable à vivre avec beaucoup de lumière et de belles vues sur le village, la campagne et la mer. Les enfants occupaient les chambres du rez de chaussée et nous celle de l'étage supérieur. Le village de Begur est accessible à pied et offre de très bons restaurants. Les propriétaires nous ont fourni de bonnes adresses. Il y a de nombreuses criques accessibles facilement depuis la maison. Les enfants ont aimé jouer dans le grand jardin au ping pong. Nous relouerons cette maison sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé 15 jours à deux familles avec des ados. Chacun avait sa chambre et sa salle de bain, on pouvait être agréablement tous ensemble comme s isoler. Ping ping, pétanque, rando et farniente. Les ados pouvaient sortir et rentrer à pied. Seul petit bémol, la piscine est petite - mais elles le sont toutes dans le coin. Et la baignade du matin à Sa Tuba est un pur bonheur.

Superbe maison avec beaucoup de charme et de magnifiques vues

Nous avons passé un fantastique séjour en famille. La maison est très spacieuse et confortable, bien équipée, on s'y sent vraiment bien. Il y a une belle vue sur le château de Begur et aussi une vue latérale de la mer, tout cela dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Les enfants ont apprécié la table de ping pong, le terrain de pétanque et les jeux mis à disposition. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci

Great modern villa, spacious well equipped, with lovely views. It was brilliant to have the table tennis. Well positioned for begur. Pool was slightly smaller than we realised and wasn't heated, although with so many fab beaches nearby this wasn't a significant problem

Prachtig huis om vakantie te vieren met de hele familie!

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in het huis. Het is mooi en gezellig ingericht en de alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het ligt op een goede locatie ten opzichte van het dorp en de stranden. De eigenaresse is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Al met al zeker een aanrader!

Magical spot on the Costa Brava

It would be hard to say anything too nice about this place. Perfectly situated on a hilltop in Begur with views of the ocean and undeveloped land, the villa is spacious and the grounds beautifully kept. We were a group of 7 and never felt crowded. We cooked in the kitchen and on the outdoor grill. The small pool was perfect for dipping into to cool off at the end of the day. The only (minor) complaint I could make is that since there is no AC, there should be fans as it did stay quite warm throughout the night. Other than that, it really was (is) a magical place and our hosts were unusually attentive and accommodating and easy to communicate with. I hope I get to visit again one day.
