Beautiful villa in modern design with wonderful views of the sea and the bay of Sa Riera. The modern atmosphere invites you to feel free from everyday life and to relax. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of the historical town of Begur. The interior is very bright and modern.
On the lower floor, near the pool, there is a separate sleeping area with a king size bed, separate bathroom and air-conditioning. The pool has a dimension of 9 x 3m.
The main floor has a spacious living-dining area with air conditioning, 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed (one of the bedrooms with air conditioning) and a shared bathroom.
Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom. Furthermore, this living level has a separate terrace and a fully equipped fitness room. Bedroom and fitness room are equipped with air conditioning.

I have spent almost all of my holidays during childhood at the Costa Brava and have fallen in love with the magnificent scenery, the people and climate. After some years of absence I have returned to the Costa Brava with my children and as they also like this place we decided to look for our own house. It is very important to me that our guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay in our home. i have therefore put lot of energy in accommodating the house, making it cosy and stylish.
