Welcome to BEGUR, an authentic village also called "La Perle Indienne".
160m2 house with individual swimming pool located in Begur, Costa Brava, in a quiet residential area, 1 km from the village center, 10 minutes' walk from all services and shops, 0.7 km from the beaches. Beautiful mountain view, close to green areas on foot. A few meters from a sports area with the municipal swimming pool, tennis courts and a bar-restaurant.
The accommodation consists of a main house (2 bedrooms) and an independent apartment (2 bedrooms).
- On the main floor, a living / dining room with access to the garden, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms and a covered terrace. A 416m2 garden surrounds the whole house with different rest areas and several sunny terraces to enjoy the outdoors, a private pool with views of the pine forests and a barbecue area.
- In the upper part, independent apartment, kitchen with a terrace, 2 bedrooms, one with dressing room and a bathroom, direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.

We had a wonderful stay as a family here. The views are stunning, it is a beautiful area and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with the pool to cool us down. It is only a short walk to the restaurants in Begur. We had a couple of things needed fixing while there but Federic was so quick to respond and sort things for us. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Charming house near Begur

We enjoyed our stay very much in this nice house and area. Frederic is a fantastic host, easily accessible and very helpful! Beach is not so close to the house, so you definitely need transportation.

Una estancia fabulosa

El alojamiento es mejor de lo que parece en las fotos. La zona exterior de piscina y barbacoa es muy agradable y el reparto de los espacios en la casa también es muy adecuado. Dispone de todo lo necesario para entrar a vivir (utensilios de cocina de todo tipo, limpieza y demás), incluso con detalle de bienvenida. Muy recomendable!

Verblijf Begur

Vakantiewoning was van alle gemakken voorzien. Zwembad was heerlijk en werd elke paar dagen onderhouden. Heerlijke ligbedden, maar liefst 6 stuks. Ook de wasmachine en vaatwasser erg handig! Aankomst met opgemaakte bedden en aanwezigheid van douche handdoeken erg fijn! De gedateerde badkamer heeft een douchecabine met douchestang die aan vervanging toe is. Tip voor de eigenaar: keuken is een aandachtspunt: zorg ervoor dat er geen etenswaren van anderen in de koelkast achterblijven. De keuken mag wel beter schoongemaakt worden voordat gasten arriveren. Filter van de vaatwasser was smerig. Heb ik zelf schoongemaakt. Al met al een superfijn huis, zeker een aanrader met als aandachtspunt schoonmaak.
