An architect house in Begur, Costa Brava (built in 2016) with a 180 degree panoramic sea view large garden, swimming pool.

The house is located in a quiet area, a few minutes walk from the medieval village of Begur (700m) and in the immediate vicinity of 5 unique beaches on the Costa Brava (Sa Tuna and Aiguafreda 3 km, Sa Riera 4 km, Fornells and Aiguablava 7 km).

The house is south facing which ensures sunshine all day without overlooked. The house is fully furnished with taste and designer furniture. The sea view is possible from all bedrooms, living room and dining room / kitchen. You will also appreciate a large garden (about 700 m2 which is rare in the properties offered in Begur) as well as a high ceiling of more than 3m for the living room and the kitchen, giving a very nice perspective to the house and more freshness in summer.

Its total area is around 400 square meters and includes :. 5 bedrooms (3 bedrooms (suite type) with attached bathroom and 2 bedrooms for children), 4 showers are available, 1 bathroom, 5 WCs. A fully equipped designer kitchen with a large dining room and an interior patio for barbecue, 2 terraces on the 1st floor with panoramic sea views, garden (500 m2) and terrace around a large swimming pool with jacuzzi (16m by 3m ) and outdoor shower. Internet and smart TV.

The house is near the village of Begur with access to all standard activities: cafes, restaurants, markets and supermarkets, public parking.

Access to Begur is by road (from France (Perthus pass - 111km, motorway). Access is also possible from 2 airports (Barcelona approximately 120 km) and Girona (approximately 40km), motorways. very affordable cars (airports).

In Begur and near the village access to a wide range of leisure activities, such as horse riding, a very famous golf club (Emporada du Gold Club 36/18 holes) located 10 km away, tennis courts, yoga, pedalo, walking, hiking and water different sports, picturesque villages, Figueras, Cadaques, etc.

This 5 bedroom villa has a clean modern line & is a stunner. The enormous master bedroom & an adjacent en suite bedroom are on the first floor whilst the other 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor & lead directly to the pool. The unheated pool is narrow but long & good for a swim. It's a 20 min walk into Begur which is a real gem of a place with great restaurants & boutique shops. There are are several delightful beaches and coves within easy striking range. If you want to make the most of the area a car is essential, also a reasonable degree of fitness as the villa is towards the top of a very steep hill !

A house that leaves no wishes open, quality finishes, complete in all details in a luxury and breathtaking views towards the Mediterranean Sea. Begur was easy to reach on foot and the various bays can be reached within a few minutes by car. A special thank you to Marta who was our nice point of contact on the spot.

Magnifique et bien située villa avec des vues extraordinaires

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette superbe villa spacieuse, très bien agencée et proche des plages, du centre ville de Begur et de toutes commodité avec des vues magnifiques et située dans un quartier où règne le calme absolu. Nous recommandons cette villa pour faire de belles découvertes de la région tout en profitant de la longue piscine et de son jacuzzi et passer de bon moments en famille.

Lovely views near charming town begur

We thought the property was clean and comfortable with elegant design (if a little impersonal). Beautiful views of the sea and we loved the charming nearby town of Begur. The week clean was a little ‘light’ and a few more pieces of furniture/books/paintings may have given the house a bit more character. Overall we loved our stay.

Beautiful garden and pool, big garage, …everything was just perfect and wonderful assistance if you need something. Grande maison moderne et spacieuse avec une vue magnifique. Service attentif, réactif, sympathique.

Une maison moderne, quasi neuve, très lumineuse avec de très beaux volumes et une belle piscine prolongée par une zone SPA, le tout dans un environnement très calme et avec une vue magnifique sur les collines couvertes de pins et les criques en contre-bas. La relative proximité de Begur est très appréciable et la situation en hauteur et loin des plages permet d'échapper à l'affluence. Le trajet pour aller à Begur est faisable à pied, mais le long de la route... et la descente vers les plages peut se faire par des chemins escarpés en 1/2h environ, par contre il vaut mieux remonter avec un véhicule! Le séjour (cuisine, salle à manger, salon) est très spacieux avec une très grande table et un coin salon TV agréable. L'équipement est fonctionnel et suffisant, même si la maitrise de la plaque de cuisson, de la hotte et des lampes rechargeables pour l'extérieur sont à apprivoiser... La terrasse côté piscine est idéale pour les repas sauf lorsque le vent souffle. Le barbecue sur la petite terrasse côté montagne est moderne et pratique. Toutes les chambres donnent sur le côté mer. Au niveau séjour, les 3 chambres sont idéales pour les familles avec enfants par exemple (suite parentale avec sa SDE et sa terrasse plus 2 chambres avec chacune 2 lits et une SDE commune à ces 2 chambres). A l'étage, la suite parentale est magnifique avec beaucoup de rangements et une magnifique SDB équipée d'une grande douche et d'une belle baignoire, même si on ne l'utilise pas ! Le lit de l'autre chambre n'est qu'en 140 de large, ce qui est un peu dommage. La climatisation marche bien et est silencieuse. Les éclairages extérieurs créent une belle ambiance le soir. Le garage est vaste, mais ne peut accueillir raisonnablement qu'une seule voiture. Par contre, on peut garer facilement 2 voitures devant le garage sans qu'elles se gênent de trop pour les manoeuvres. Les personnes responsables de l'accueil et du suivi du séjour sont attentives et réactives. Ana nous a indiqué de très bonnes adresses (plages, restaurants, poissonnerie) et a réagi très rapidement à un problème d'électricité solutionné .Le personnel de ménage (une fois pendant le séjour) est discret et efficace de même que les personnes chargées de l'entretien de la piscine, qui sont venus régulièrement pour vérifier l'eau et nettoyer le bassin. Globalement une superbe maison dans un environnement exceptionnel, dans laquelle il est bien agréable de séjourner en famille ou entre amis, loin de l'agitation des plages

Very surprised at how lovely Begur was

The villa was stunning. It had everything which our family required. 6 adults and 3 children. Great sun loungers, lovely pool,well equipped kitchen,good barbecue,good air conditioning and good washing facilities. Very secure. The views were spectacular. The only problem we incurred was walking into Begur from the villa with children in the evening on a very busy road with no footpath.
