Holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna located in the 1st row at the scenic Limfjord area with the picturesque scenery. The house has panoramic views of the Limfjord. The house is on a large natural plot with swing and sandpit. The house was built in 2005, has a good decor and is an ideal base for relaxation. 2-person whirlpool and 3-person sauna. There is an energy-efficient heat pump as well as a wood-burning stove for cheap heating. Both open and covered terrace. The house is not suited for disabled. No letting to youth and builder groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
