24 person holiday home in Løkken

This former country house is now used as a school camp and is located on a large plot in very scenic and undisturbed surroundings. The house has a living room with TV, satellite, stereo and sitting area. Both living rooms have a TV. 10 bedrooms for 20 persons, 3 bathrooms from 2008, kitchen with plenty of fridge/freezer space and industrial dishwasher and fine outdoor areas. From 8 of the rooms you have direct access to the terrace. There is a small living room where you can retreat and enjoy a good book or watch TV. There are also 4 extra beds in the living room. You can play table tennis. The activity room is in the barn which is not heated. On a grassy area next to the terrace there are soccer goals and there is a small lake in the area. Beach and sea is approx. 700 m from the house, access along trails through the area. The distance to Løkken is approx. 3000 m. Because of the size of the house the price for the deposit differs from the normal listed price. Deposit must be paid at arrival.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
