The living room has modern furniture, Flat screen TV with both German and Danish channels, DVD player, Chromecast so you can stream your own TV services, stereo with CD player and free internet. The house is also an activity house with table football and x-box one with div. games as well as outdoor soccer goals. There is direct access from the living room to the beautiful terrace, which is partially covered with good garden furniture, sun lounger and panoramic views of Ferring Lake, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the water. Modern kitchen from 2018 with, among other things, ceramic stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, extractor hood and microwave. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
