The open kitchen is directly connected to the bright living room, so even if you cook, you are not separated from the rest of the family. There are three good bedrooms. From the living room there is direct access to a large, covered terrace, which is an obvious place for a barbecue. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
