8 person holiday home in Odder

Holiday home located in scenic surroundings only about 300 meters from a lovely, child-friendly sandy beach at Rude Strand. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room, so here everyone can have fun and play games or cook. The cottage has a covered terrace where dinner can be enjoyed no matter what the weather is like. In addition, there is a terrace where the sun can be enjoyed while the children play in the large, nicely landscaped garden, which is suitable for playful children. There is a swing. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Well....

Es ist ein altes Haus was auch nicht perfekt sauber gewesen ist. Türen und Klinken sind alt, schliessen zum Teil nicht mehr korrekt bzw nur laut verschliessbar. Insgesamt wirkt alles alt und nicht mehr sehr neu oder gut gepflegt. Die abstellkammer auf der Terrasse ist in einem sehr unordentlichen Zustand. Die kleiderschränke sind zu wenig vorhanden und daher zu wenig ablagefläche. Auch stinken die Möbel zum Teil nach altem Keller. Zwei Lampen im Wohnbereich haben nicht funktioniert auch das auswechseln der glühbirne hat nicht geholfen. Wir würden das Haus so nicht mehr mieten chaotischen Zustand
