8 person holiday home in Roslev-By Traum

Holiday home on a large natural plot with lots of trees and only approx. 200 m to the Limfjord. From the plot there is a fantastic view of the Limfjord towards Sallingsund and Mors. Large activity room with table football and darts. The holiday home is furnished with a living room with a wood-burning stove, free internet, Netflix and a stereo system. There are 2 football goals, so adults and children can play football on the large 50m x 20m lawn behind the holiday home. There is also a bonfire in the garden. There are 2 sea kayaks for free use (use at your own risk/insurance). There is a garden trampoline, which can also be used at your own risk/insurance. The washing machine and dishwasher are located in the basement just below the kitchen. Not rented to craftsman and youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
