The open-plan kitchen and living area provide direct access to a large balcony, perfect for enjoying the scenery. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, wok burner, and all necessary appliances for convenient cooking. The apartment features three bright bedrooms, each with double beds and flat-screen TVs. The bathroom includes a rain shower with steam function and underfloor heating for added comfort. Entertainment options include a TV with Blu-Ray player and a Bluetooth-enabled soundbar, while a bioethanol fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. Accessible by elevator, the property offers nearby parking at Palstek close to Strandblick. Please note that the holiday area is still under development, which may lead to occasional disturbances due to ongoing construction. Shops and restaurants on the ground floor are currently being built. Rental is exclusively for holiday guests.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Wat een heerlijke plek om te verblijven! Het appartement was met zorg ingericht en de gashaard zorgde voor een gezellige sfeer op koude avonden. De kinderen waren dol op de nabijgelegen stranden, vooral het Hundestrand, dat op slechts een korte loopafstand lag. We voelden ons er thuis en zouden graag nog eens terugkomen voor een familievakantie.

Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, abgesehen vom Bad (in der Schublade noch Haare der Vormieter…), ansonsten alles ein wenig lieblos, kein Küchenhandtuch und keine Seife im Bad (kein „Starterpaket“), nur 3 Gläser für 6 Personen, ansonsten viele Schnaps-/Sektgläser…. Betten sehr weich, aber sauber! Aber der Blick entschädigt für vieles!

Die Dusche ist das absolute Highlight! Das die Parkplätze vorm Haus nicht den Wohnungen zugeteilt sind, ist schlecht! Denn so parken dort alle und man selbst findet keinen freien Parkplatz! Im EG ist Baustelle! Wenn dort Gastronomie eingezogen ist, möchte ich dort keinen Urlaub mehr machen!

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Aufteilung, liegt Zentral und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Alles ist sauber. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet.
