On a quiet, dead-end road in the scenic Græsted you will find this modern holiday home with a view of open fields and horses - and your very own indoor swimming pool. The house is furnished with four cosy bedrooms (three with double beds and one with a single bed) and two beautiful bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating - one with washing machine and dryer. The open, bright kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine - and wine fridge for those extra cosy evenings. Several guests have highlighted that it is rare to find a holiday home with such complete and well-maintained equipment. The cosy living room offers a wood-burning stove, Chromecast TV and Wi-Fi speakers, so you can stream films and music after the day's adventures. Outdoors, you can enjoy the sun from early morning until late evening on the many terraces – both in the sun and in the shade – or light up the gas grill and enjoy a good dinner in the landscaped garden of 1200 m². For the little ones, there is also room to cycle on the quiet roads around the house. The pool area is a hit with both children and adults – here you can play, swim and relax all year round. There are also both indoor and outdoor games that the whole family can enjoy during their holiday. The holiday home is energy-friendly with both air/air and air/water heat pumps, and it is of course a non-smoking house. The location is ideal: a few minutes' walk to the child-friendly beach and easy access to good shopping opportunities. Also experience the nearby cozy towns such as Gilleleje and Tisvildeleje, or take the children to the Labyrinthe in Gilleleje for a fun day. Please note: The holiday home is not rented out to youth and crafts groups, and pets are not allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
