The front terrace is furnished with lounge seating, while the southwest-facing terrace at the back offers both a covered area for shade and an open section for sunbathing. The garden is mostly enclosed, making it ideal for families, and includes a lawn with two small goals, a sandpit, a fire pit, and sun loungers. Children will love the trampoline, though it is used at your own risk. Flovt Beach, just a short distance away, is known for its wide stretch of white sand and shallow, child-friendly shoreline. It is a favorite among families and, on windy days, attracts kite and windsurfers who put on a lively display across the waves.
