A solution consisting of 2 air-conditioned rooms, equipped
with bathroom shower, elegantly furnished under the characteristic
ancient stone vaults.
It consists of 1 double room with TV + 1
twin room with single beds + bathroom with shower. The room is
self-contained and is located on the second floor of the prestigious luxury masseria with swimming pool.
Guests
can enjoy all the common areas of the masseria immersed in the green
countryside of Salento, with ancient pergolas and modern relaxation
areas where they can spend carefree hours of quiet.
 
Three hectares of a colorful natural park surround the masseria, in which the swimming pool (12m
x 9m) stands out, with heights accessible also to children, equipped
with sunbeds and umbrellas for the solarium. Many shaded areas create
inviting spaces to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature.
The
masseria is made unique and elegant by luxurious furniture, handcrafted
textiles, vaulted, barrel and corner vaults of fine workmanship in
ancient tuffs.
The surroundings of the masseria in Lower Salento
One of the 7 luxury rooms that make up Masseria Cucuruzza in
Lower Salento, in the countryside of the village of Ugento close to provincial road 274, which provides easy access to Gallipoli and Lecce.
Far
from the chaos and immersed in the quiet, the Masseria allows you to
reach in a few minutes the beautiful historic center of Ugento, with its
ancient and important history, located just 3 km away.
Also very close are the towns of Melissano and Racale, where all the main services are present. The nearest beaches are those on the Ugento coast, in Torre San Giovanni.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of linen, each 2 days

- Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00.
- Shared Pool available from June to September .
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival. Pets allowed upon request, with extra and to be reported necessarily at the time of booking.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
