To one side is a fresh, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and a cozy dining nook overlooking the garden and lake. Opposite, a spacious dining area provides the perfect setting for shared meals with scenic views. The comfortable living room features a TV and a crackling wood stove, ideal for cooler evenings. A newly renovated bathroom includes a shower and toilet, while the bedroom offers two comfortable single beds for restful nights. Step outside to enjoy the generous terrace with garden furniture and barbecue - perfect for long summer meals and quiet evenings in nature. Just 800 meters away, you’ll find a wonderful swimming area with a jetty, a sandy beach, and a playground for children. The surrounding area offers scenic hiking trails, historical landmarks, and excellent opportunities for outdoor activities. Fishing is also available with a valid license. Borås is only a 15-minute drive, offering shopping, restaurants, Borås Zoo, and the Knalleland shopping center. Gothenburg’s attractions - including Liseberg and Universeum - are under an hour away, while Ullared and Gekås are just over an hour by car. Note: During dry periods, conserve water. Guests must clean before departure and bring their own bed linen.
