In the charming Skagen yellow houses, you will be staying just a few hundred meters from the sea, beach, and dunes, with everything within easy reach: restaurants, art museums, galleries, and fantastic shopping opportunities. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a large kitchen/living room as the heart of the home, featuring all modern amenities, a lovely dining area, and a cozy living room with comfortable furniture where you can enjoy board games or watch a good movie on TV.The tasteful interior design of the vacation homes consists of a kitchen from Gaggenau and furniture from Casa Marc Italy. The kitchen/living room has direct access to the terrace. The apartment's bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Lovely bright and stylish bedroom furnished with a double bed (two 90 x 200 cm beds pushed together to form a double bed). Treat your better half to a dip in the swimming pool and hot tub. Krøyer's wellness building with hot tub, sauna, and indoor swimming pool is just a few meters from the front door. The light is absolutely fantastic at the top of Denmark. Skagen's varied nature is characterized by the sea and miles of white beaches. Take a trip to Denmark's northernmost point, Grenen, where the two seas Skagerrak and Kattegat meet, or visit one of the many other attractions in the area. Flagbakken is a paradise for birdwatchers. Spend your summer vacation in one of Denmark's most traditional and charming vacation towns, or enjoy nature on a hike in the snow-covered dunes in winter. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
