Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms: one single room at the front and two doubles overlooking the garden, including a master with en-suite bathroom (bath and shower). There’s also a family bathroom on this level with bath, toilet and dedicated shower cubicle.
The property includes two private parking spaces and is tucked away in the quiet and exclusive enclave of Monkstown Castle, just off Monkstown Avenue.
