The house offers comfortable rooms, large terrace, gazebo and garden with trampoline, hammock and swings.
Beautiful new contemporary-style residence, located in a natural environment to enjoy with your partner, family or friends. In front of the property is the Club house with swimming pools; in the back with beatiful view of the jungle and mangrove where you can appreciate the flora and fauna of the region.

It consists of 3 floors; the ground floor has the office with sofa bed, kitchen, dining room and living room with double-heigh. Floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall windows with access to the garden and open views of nature.

On the first level there are 2 bedrooms, each with full bathroom. One bedroom with king size bed and the other with bunk bed with 3 beds (2 double and one single).

On the third level is another bedroom with 2 double beds, kangaroo type and full bathroom. It communicates to the open terrace with double hut tub.

On an additional level, there is the viewpoint where you can appreciate the beautiful view of the jungle and mangrove swamp.
