Welcome to my Niagara Villa.(License B&B facility)
This luxury villa offers spectacular dƩcor, chandeliers,private backyard oasis,Complimentary breakfast.

Guest has private Entrance.2 Bedrooms,2 full washrooms( 1 with sky light)

Dinning area & living area has sofa bed, 60 inchTV( chrom cast installed).

Master bedroom has attached full washroom.

Private fenced backyard has 2 gazebos, hot tub( new 2024), big pool (50,000 lit, heated, open till Nov 15,2025) , kids play place, Charcoal BBQ small unit, etc.

Note:
ā˜†No outside visitiors, property is only available for use for listed guests. 2 car parking included with listing.
ā˜†Hottub is running whole year.
ā˜†No Party,no smoking allowed inside the house.
Host will maintain premises, has separate unit.

This was the perfect location to not be in the crowds but so close to all of the major attractions. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to relax throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend.

Nice place to hang out. Too far to walk to the falls but it a quick 5 min drive. Could use more kitchen supplies. Hosr was really nice and had some complentary gifts when we arrived

Great place and a great location. This was a great location for visiting the falls. The park and ride for the bus is only 3 minutes away which made navigating the crowds of Niagara Falls easier and it was nice to escape to our own place at the end of the day instead of the touristy area. The place was a described and our host was very friendly and quick to respond to our questions. The pool isn't heated but the kids still enjoyed it and the hottub. Overall great experience.

Multi Family Falls Vacation

Communicating with our host was quick and easy. All pertinent information was easy to find. Questions or concerns were addressed quickly (ie thermostat and outdoor pests). Property was clean, including pool and hot tub. Conveniently located near falls attractions.

Great stay

We had a great stay at the Villa even on a weekend with a Winter Storm Warning! It was a perfect place to hang out, relax, watch TV and watch the snow fall. If you are not doing the traditional Niagara Falls tourist thing, there is a movieplex that is a 15 minute drive (before the roads got really bad) and a wonderful supermarket 3 minutes away where we got ready to warm and heat meals for the snowy weekend. Jalapa was a great host, meeting us at check in to show is around and in great communication at check out. Canā€™t wait to come back in better weather to use the hot tub and pool. (Hot tub was open, just too cold and snowy for us this time)

Overall good stay. Close to the falls. Clean, quiet neighborhood. There was no ā€œbreakfastā€ as advertised. 5 eggs in the fridge, empty bottle of mayo and a loaf of bread. No coffee maker. Hot tub was nice but had a very strong odd smell.
