    This place is false advertising by saying it is "precious". Where to begin..Wrong directions to start with. They sent us to the completely wrong address. The host was non-responsive. Had to contact VRBO, and they weren't any help (including when I finally reached a human). The place was DEFINITELY not the same as advertised. Looked like a stripped down college dorm. 3 bath towels provided for 4 people. No shampoo or body wash, just some hand soap. No coffee maker or even paper towels in the kitchen. There were boxes of somebody's stuff stacked up in the kitchen. Toilet seat was almost falling off and one of the beds had what was hopefully just small red crumbs and some hair in it. They did send someone the next day to fix the toilet seat and give us some fresh sheets. Although they don't say there is air conditioning, just be prepared for that. It was very hot in there. We were there in July. No batteries in the tv remote. I could go on. This was one of the worst and BY FAR the most overpriced and misleading place I have ever stayed. DO NOT STAY HERE! Even for San Fermin. If they lower the rate to 50 euros a night total, then it would be fairly priced. If I could give it a negative 3 rating, I would.

    Il y a eu un problème avec l'appartement de l'annonce, et nous avons été hébergés dans un autre tout proche. Andrès nous a accueillis très gentiment et l'appartement était parfait. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

    Lo primero destacar que el apartamento no corresponde con las fotos de la plataforma. ERA OTRO PISO. La cocina es bastante El apartamento no se correspondía con las fotos publicadas: era otro piso. La cocina estaba vieja y descuidada, con muebles deteriorados y vajilla sucia. Aunque el anfitrión envió a alguien para limpiar, fue más un lavado de cara que una solución real. Las habitaciones no eran las mismas de las imágenes, solo se salvaba el baño grande. Agradecemos la amabilidad del encargado, pero nos sentimos claramente decepcionados. No insistimos más para no estropear una escapada que habíamos preparado con ilusión, pero el anfitrión sabía que no era lo pactado. Atención con esto.

    Don't stay here

    We were informed an hour or so before check in that they had to change the unit booked. The unit given in nothing resembled the one on the pictures. Not worth the price we paid for the unit. Old kitchen, old towels (were white some time ago). After a long trip not even a roll of toilet paper. No more communication with host after check in. Just a terrible experience.

    Cuando llegamos a Pamplona nos comunicaron que el apartamento reservado habia tenido una incidencia pero que no nos preocuparamos, nos dieron otro de las mismas características incluso mas nuevo y en la misma zona, excelente trato por parte del propietario.
