As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with quick balcony access and fantastic views overlooking the the city and the River Irwell, where You can hear the relaxing waterflow from your balcony.

The apartment features two generously sized double bedrooms, a washing machine and dishwasher to cater for those longer bookings. We invite you to unwind and relax in our bathtub, offering the perfect space to switch off after exploring the city. To add to your convenience, complimentary onsite parking is available, making it hassle-free to explore the city with your own vehicle.

Situated in the highly sought-after location, next to Salford Royal hospital & Salford University, this apartment is also just a stone throw away from Spinningfields, known for its vibrant atmosphere and an array of exclusive bars and restaurants. - Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the property, if you are found smoking in my property you will be fined £100
-Please try to tidy up the best you can before departure.
- No Smoking will be tolerated, if you are found smoking in my property you will be fined £100.
-If anything is found broken upon check-out you will pay for damages
- Extra guests are not allowed
- Respect for neighbors is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm.
- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
- This is your home in Manchester, please care for it as such
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property


Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to my Penthouse apartment located on the 8th floor. You can access the property via lift.

Other things to note
- Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
- Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
- No Parties will be tolerated
- No Smoking will be tolerated, if you are found smoking in my property you will be fined £100.
-If anything is found broken upon check-out you will pay for damages
- My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
